The terms for using Amble to create and manage a wedding seating plan.
These terms apply when you use Amble at weddings.upevent.co. By creating an account, signing in, accepting a partner invite, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login credentials secure. Amble is designed for one shared wedding seating plan for the bride and groom. If you invite your partner, they may access and edit the same wedding plan after accepting the invite.
You are responsible for making sure you have permission to enter guest information, dietary notes, contact details, seating preferences, and other personal information into the service.
You keep ownership of the wedding, guest, seating, import, and export information you provide. You give UPEVENT permission to host, process, copy, display, transmit, and use that information as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve Amble.
You must not upload or enter information that you do not have the right to use, that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
You agree not to:
Amble can help you import guest lists, track RSVPs, arrange table-level seating, and export venue-ready files. You are responsible for reviewing imported data, suggestions, seating plans, and exports before relying on them.
Optional column matching or normalisation features may help interpret messy guest-list data, but they may be incomplete or inaccurate. Ambiguous RSVP values and guest details should be checked by you before use.
We aim to keep Amble reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as we improve the product or respond to operational needs.
After the wedding date, your wedding plan may become read-only, with export access available for a limited period.
Amble is currently free during the MVP period. If paid plans or paid features are introduced, we will provide pricing and applicable terms before charging you.
Amble is a planning tool. It does not replace your own review, venue requirements, professional advice, or final event coordination. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available".
To the extent permitted by law, UPEVENT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, event disruption, or venue issues arising from your use of Amble. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer laws.
You may stop using Amble at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if we are required to do so for legal or operational reasons.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Mandatory consumer rights and protections that apply in your location are not excluded.
